1.If an individual is owning less than 10 trucks but aggregate value of billing for transportation to one party exceeds 1lacs..will tds u/s 194C vl b deducted? 

2.Further, if anyone is hiring ND NOT OWNING trucks nd using it for plying, hiring or leasing goods carriages..vl tds u/s 194c vl b deducted?

Is ownership of trucks mandatory for claiming exemption from tds?
