Wanted to know whether tax has been deducted on a invoice where relabeling work is done i.e. banners has been made by the vendor and also affixed to vehicles by vendor itself.
Bill doesn't contain labour and material part separately. Further no material has been provided by us to vendor.

Yes, section 194C applies.
i think it is a pure sale trnx and 194(c) is not applicable. fixing of stickers on vehicles is just part of fulfilling sale. its pure sale
