If a company disqualified on 30 the sep 2019 as per sec 164(2). Mr. X join on 30 th oct 2019 as a director of the company.
He resign on 31st Mar 2020 but he has to serve 3mth notice period which will end on june 30 ,2020.
Whether he will be disqualified?

Not disqualified if he don't any disqualification 6 months from the date of joining in your case only 5months over
