Pls Eloborate the Sec140(2) of Companies Act,2013,(Resignation of Auditors) regarding the filin Period of Form ADT-3.

Also help me on any Leisure given by Companies act to Auditor for Non Filing of Form ADT-3.

hi,

ADT 3 need to be filled by retiring auditor within 30 days of resigning,

failure to the above will invite penalty action as per companies act 2013
