SEBI(SAST) Regulations 2011
can anyone tell me what is the percentage criteria for frequently or infrequently traded shares as per the latest amendment 10 % or 5%??

SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) regulation 2011 are amended on 31st, December 2018 for the third time and 10% is prescribed under regulation 2(j) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations,2011
is there amended notes are available actually I couldn't find on website
