Hi Amit,

I would advise you to read super amended SEBI Guidelines as they changing almost day by day. Just download them and study. I know it would be time consuming but....Just tell me the name of guideline i'll send you the updated one.

Please find enclosed herewith a Checklist for Timely Compliance of Listing Agreement for your reference. I'll try and provide you some notes as desired by you.
