iam in my first year of articleship and im not getting any chance to do much of income tax cases since seniors are always ahead.der was a discussion about income tax cases and scrutiny.could you throw some light on it in practical life.i read it in the book and dint understand anything.
Srutiny means detaild invetigation of all the data submitted by an assessee eg.ALL INCOMES N MAJOR EXPENSEN whtehr thy hav been claimd as per the provisons of IT Act.As u study for final ull get to learn mor abt it .Hve patience
