We are manufacture cum traders, we provide credit note to our dealers on achivement of Sales Target.....and we book the expenses as Product development Expenses.....pls let me confirm is it covered in FBT ??

Incentives you provide on achievement of sales target cover under FBT.
But plz consider that the expences of these type u book under seperate head not under the product development expences because some times that expenditure can be shown as asset.
