Yes,You Can claim only tution fees as Individual for two children as per section 80C of the Income tax act ( excluding any payment towards any development fees or donation fees or payment of similar nature ) .

Donation if approved under the income tax act will be fully exempted or partially exempted as the case may be.

This tax deduction can be claimed for the purpose of Full-time education under Section 80C of The Income Tax Act

You may instruct school management to issue the bill / invoice with the wordings " Tution Fee "

Yes you can claim if you have receipt, also bus fees and admission charges to be excluded
