10)  Verify  local &  Govt authority grant 

11) Report  heavy arrears  on  account fees

12) verify that the provident fund money of the staff 

13) Vouch Donations 

14) Vouch capital  expenditure in the usual way and  verify the same with saction  form the committe

15) Vouch  all  establishment  exp

16) See  the increase in the salaries of the staff have sanctioned  by the committee

17)Verification of fixed asset  and provisions
