Could you please tell me, How can I find Schedule III in Companies Act, 2013. Mean, Section/Rule/Regulation/Circular/Notification etc. I know it is mentioned in Section 129.

Schedule-III is given at the end of the Act after Chapter XXIX

You can use Ebook companies Act,2013 in MCA portal where you can get all the information at one place and it will be updated in timely manner.
