Schedule III

No..... when you are exclusively supplying goods or services cover under Schedule.

So can i conclude that sch III is to be excluded from all calculations?

I replied , when you are exclusively dealing only in Expempted goods .
If you have made any taxable supply then Supply cover under Schedule III shall be included in computing Aggregate Turnover.

Yes as per Explanation inserted u/s 17(3) in term of amendment act 31,2018, value of supply not include d for the reversal of ITC of Activities specified in Schedule III, except clause 5
