Schedule entry and hsn code for saree and other dress materi

Dear Friends

One of my relative is a Exporter of Saree, Blouse, Salwar-Kurti and other women dress materials. He wants to register for vat. Now I want to know the schedule and HSN code under which this Commodities will come. Also he purchases Raw material such Silk, Raw Silk, Satin, Chiffon, Goegette, Cotton for making this Dress Material and Saree etc. 

Please tell me the Schdule and HSN code under which this commodities which he purchase and sells will come.

Also please advise is there some other complaince or details required for Exporters while registration.
