Per Schedule BA (Details of Bank Accounts held in India at any time during the previous year), the last column is "Account balance as on 31 st March of the previous year".
By any logic, previous year is 2014, correct? So one needs to state the balance as of March 31, 2014?? This makes no sense.
I am guessing this is a mistake. It should say 31 st March of the current year?

in my view the form should state clearly the date. "previous year" is too vague, since the form may be filled even 1 or 2 years later.
why you are confusing. previous year means previous year of 2014
