Schedule al: if income is less than 50L but one has movable and immovable assets then fill or not?

Hello, have a question related to Schedule AL: If income is less than 50L but one has movable and immovable assets and showing rental income from house and interest from bank as income in other schedules, then also one doesnt have to fill the Schedule AL, correct?
