Saving declaration during efilling

Hi,

I have following queries during efiling.

 Currently i have 2 form 16's due to new job. I have given declaration in old company but they didn't consider my declaration due to resignation (approximately december month) and deducted full amount on my salary.

So i need to file consolidated 2 form 16's during efilling and have to declare my savings.

Is require to send proof of savings to income tax dept if i mention savings in ITR?
