From which date saral Schedule VI for small & medium sized companies is applicable?

No date has yet been finalized as yet for the applicability of saral schedule Vi. But if a company wishes to follow it then following requirements have to fulfilled :
Company should not be in a business of banking, insurance, or financing. Turnover must not exceed Rs 50 crore for the relevant period, it must have not taken a debt (including public borrowings, if any) more than Rs 10 crore.
