You just looked & pointed out one point but didn't look at the whole theme.

Practically,which company hires Santa?Who is Santa in reality?Who gives interview in this poetic tune?

Practically,your interviewer go through your resume first & then call you for interview .Practically who will call a candidate with zero marks for interview?Practically which university would award you a degree with zero marks sufficient enough to make  a resume?
