I have some queries regarding the names of pvt ltd and llp formation.
Can a Pvt Ltd company and an LLP possess same name ?
Suppose there is an existing LLP named as "XYZ LLP".
Can some one get the name "XYZ Pvt Ltd" approved by ROC for a new company ?
Can I get TradeMark Right for an LLP ? Then how ?

You may not get the name. Try applying for the company name with the no objection certificate of the llp which has similar name.
While alotting the name by ROC, They usually check Google, Trade Mark Search and ROC Site. So if the LLP with a particular name already exiting, you may not get the same nam for other company
