can we use same gst under two different firm but the proprietor remain same

If the firm name is different you need to take separate registration. If firm doing business in individuals name then you can use single registration and fill HSN/SAC related to both firms.

Can take separate registration for different business vertical as per 25(2), further you can check from help desk number.

Yes, you can take 2 gst registration under proprietorship.
