U CAN'T DO ANYTHING
RECOMEND SELLER TO FILE GSTR 1 ASAP
AND U CAN ABLE TO TAKE , ONLY ACTION IN GTSR 2 WHICH IS NOT AVAILABLE @ GST PORTAL
SO WAIT FOR NEXT NOTIFICATION
purchaser can disconnect the business relationship as he will not get ITC
