I am planning to setup a small design business which will be a sole propiertership. I want to design brochures/pamphlets for various academic institutions in NCR. How much VAT / sales tax be applicable on brochures.

1. Will my VAT be more if I sell the stuff in Delhi vis a vis gurgaon. I am based in Gurgaon.

2. what is procedure of getting a VAT / sales tax no in gurgaon.

         which form ?

        how much application fee ?

        what all documents are required ?
