WE HAVE APPLIED FOR C & H FORMS FOR QUARTER-4 OF F.Y.2012-13 AND RECEIVED THE SAME BUT WHILE APPLYING THE SAME WE FORGOT TO ADD ONE PARTY'S NAME IN LIST NOW WE NEED C FORM FOR THAT PARTY WHAT SHOULD WE DO WILL DEPARTMENT WILL ISSUE THE FORM ON NEW APPLICATION? WHAT SHOULD WE DO
Dear Bipin, every state government gives an option of applying for ADDITIONAL FORMS one time.. That means., if there are any pending forms, you want to apply for of some year., you can apply for all of them at one time.
Now., different states have different time limits too, by which you need to apply your pending forms of last year... you need to inquire about your state.
