Dear Bipin, every state government gives an option of applying for ADDITIONAL FORMS one time.. That means., if there are any pending forms, you want to apply for of some year., you can apply for all of them at one time.
Now., different states have different time limits too, by which you need to apply your pending forms of last year... you need to inquire about your state.
