Sales tax for products

Dear All,

Greetings!

We are a software pvt. ltd. company, established in 2011. We produced few web and mobile based applications and would like to sell them through various channels like Market.Android.Com, iStore of iPhone, our sales & marketing partner companies located in overseas. We would like to know whether VAT is applicable for the overseas transactions. If so, how much. If not so, what are the other taxes applicable.
