I have issued credit note for LOCAL SALES RETURN in the last financial year but bymistake the same was not considered in that particular period's return.
Now in the month of August 2019 there is no local sales and have to consider the above credit note, how can i do it?

Can report in GSTR 1, but can't report in 3b unless you have enough sale for the period .
Even there is no Local salea going to occure in sep 2019 and thats the last month for the adjustment.

It's better to visit to your jurisdiction tax officer
