IN THE SALES INVOICE I WANT TO CHANGE THE DECLARATION
AND WRITE A NEW DECLARATION AND TAKE THE PRINTOUT
QUESTION IS HW IT CAN BE DONE

Goto Gateway of Tally >> Accounts Info >> Voucher Types >> Alter >> Sales.
In Sales voucher type, Declaration column type whatever you want.
While printing the Sales invoice, the declaration you have edited in the Sales invoice will be printed.
