An Indian Company helps a Foreign Company in getting Clients in India. & charges Sales Commission on the sales executed by Foreign Company to its Indian Client. Whether such Commission will be subject to Service Tax ?

Indian company are providing the service to foreign company in getting the client in india. The provision of service is within india and they are getting the commission for providing the service so i believe that it should be liable to service tax
