Sale through zomato, swiggy, uber eats
Is liability of dealer start from 1 ruppes for dealer who sale through zomato, swiggy and uber eats?

Yes liability starts from one rupee
No...As per Section 24 of CGST it's compulsory Registration only if E-commerce is deducting TCS of Supplier.
Hence if Zomato, Swiggy is deducting your TCS then Registration is compulsory & you need to pay GST on sale of a rupee

But Zomato, Swiggy etc. are liable to deduct TCS. So, the taxibility starts from Rupee 1 only.
