Dear All Expert
We are doing trading Activity of Steering Worm (Automobile Parts) from manufacturing unit both are on same premises. We are maintaining separate record of trading activity .Now we want to sale same steering worm (Automobile Parts) from manufacturing unit also. Can us sale same items from both trading (without Excise) and manufacturing unit (with Excise) at same premises.

as bringing of non duty paid trading goods are prohibited under excise rules, you have to seek permission from concerned juridicnal ac/dc for doing this. on their permission they may seek seperate socking provision for both types and records to their satisfation,
