I would like to know whether we can buy new car in Andaman Nikobar Island and whether only thro' local authorized dealers or directly from other dealers in mainland. if thro' local dealers what is the cost difference from that of mainland and if directly what would be the procedure?

Andaman and Nicobar islands are very much a part of the Inian union and therefore theremay not be much of procedure other than shipping of the vehicle to the main land. If you buy a new car from main land local taxes of states or the Union territories will be applicable, which may be higher than in A&N islands....mjk
