In replay of above, sale of specified iron & steel from DTA to SEZ ,you have to pay Export Duty against Deseription covered under CUSTOMS Notification No.66/2008 CUSTOMS Dt.10.05.2008 & Notification No.77/2008 CUSTOMS Dt.13.06.2008.Before enter in SEZ You have to file BILL OF EXPORT & PAY CUSTOMS DUTY THROUGH TR-6 CHALLAN IN BANK.
