Sale of shares of unlisted company

All 3 Directors cum shareholders of unlisted public ltd co are selling physical shares to non members and will exit from company. SH4 is being executed. How to raise Tax Invoice on buyers of shares, as Directors are personally selling shares. Please share specimen invoice. Tax rate GST etc.
