a builder purchased a plot of rs. 10 lakhs and sold in 11 lakhs.. is gst applicable on sale of plot?

as per schedule 3 para 5 of cgst act sale of land and sale of building subject to schedule 2 para 5 clause (b) shall not be consider as supply
