good morning..
I have GST registration in Tamilnadu, I wish to sell my goods in Pondicherry through my service provider.
can I transfer my goods from TN to PY by making deliver chellan without charing GST as the supply is not confirmed at the time of removal of goods.
I don't want to take new gst registration in Pondicherry however my service provider is registered dealer.
scope of my service provider is to store my goods in his cold storage godown and deliver goods to my customers through his vehicle based on my instructions.
he charge me Separately for his godown rent, transport charges and service charges.
sale invoice to be made from tamilandu to customers directly but goods will deliver from pondichery to local customers..
kindly request you to suggest for best option.
- IGST would be levied on all inter-State transactions of taxable goods and services with appropriate provision for consignment or stock transfer of goods and services.
- Inter-State dealer will pay IGST after adjusting available, input IGST, CGST and SGST on purchases.
