Hello

           One of my client is selling his hotel which is under construction..

My question is ....

Is there an VAT applicability on sale of building which is under construction under KVAT Act...?

Plz suggest me with section and case study if it there...?

Value added tax is tax on sale of goods within the state. Goods does not include immovable property.
