Can any one sell any property purchased under Hire Purchase Agreement in any possible situation if installments are still due?

IN THIS SITUVAION THE ASSET IS NOT YOURS 

SINCE U HAVE TAKEN LOAN AGAINST IT 

QUESTION IS HOW CAN U SELL THINK ON WHICH 

INTALLMENT STILL DUE 

 

U CAN SELL IT IF NO INSTALLMENT IS PENDING ON IT 

OHTERWISE QUESTION WILL RISE IN OWNERSHIP OF ASSET
