Sale of 10 year old car - sale proceeds taxable or not

Kindly advise me whether income received from sale of my 10 year old car is taxable, if so, should it be shown as income from other sources are capital gain/loss etc.

Thanks in advance

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether the proceeds from selling a 10-year-old car are subject to tax. It's established that a personal car is not a depreciable asset. Therefore, any profit made from selling a personal car is generally not taxable, especially after a decade of use where it's unlikely to fetch a profit over its original purchase price.

Whether it is depreciable asset or personal asset???

It is personal asset. sorry I forgot to mention

Profit on sale of personal car is not taxable.

Thanks for your quick response.
