Sale consideration is less than stamp value
Can we adopt the sale consideration value which is less than the stamp value of now as the advance was given in 2018 through bank account?

No adjustments will be made where the variation between stamp duty value and sales sale consideration is not more than 5% of sale consideration as per section 50 amendment in 2018budget
