Will to buy a Resale flat of Rs 1500000.
I am going for an agreement with initial pay of 200000 and the rest within 4months.
Instaed of cash or check, can I do online payment, in that cas what should I mention in the deed regarding payment details.

In the payment details you can state that payment is being done online and you can quote the Transaction Reference Number as well in the Sale Deed.
