iF ONE OF MY EMPLOYEE JOIN ORG ON SUNDAY JAN1. WE ARE ISSUED SALARY FOR 30 DAYS AS JAN 1 IS SUNDAY SO PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT WE DO PROVIDE FOR 30 DAYS OR 31 DAYS. IS SOMETHING IN IT RULES REGARDING THAT.

As the Employees employment is begins from 2nd Jan only no need to pay the Sunday's salary. Consider 30 days only to calculate the salary
