The company is not able to pay salary to the employee since his account has been deactivated by the bank due to some reason. He has applied to open another account but the account is not opened yet. In the interim he wants his salary to be credited in his daughter's account.
What will be the implications for this - Tax and other wise?

If you keep proper documentation, with bank papers, etc. for 1 month it may be ok.
but I am surprised , a new account can be opened 8 days max (except present corona crisis}. so better wait for 8 days and credit the proceeds to correct account .

I think, you can also make salary in cash there is certain exception of making payment in cash as per income tax act,
