Dear Pankaj i aggree with your ans but tell if ee does having Pan but subsequently such ee acquire pan and send detail of Pan to employer before filling of return of TDS

My Question is

like if ee receive Salary for the month of oct and he does not having pan

then

what the rate of TDS Deduction on salary??
 

You should deduct 20 % in October month.

Thanks to confirm me actually  i was confused

In case if deductee does not provide for  PAN details as on TDS date, deductor needs to deduct Tax at 20%.

So in ur case, employer needs to deduct Tax @ 20 % for Oct month. & subsequently when PAN details are provided, Tax deduction for later months would be accordingly revised.
