Salary structure as per complience

Please advice the following as per your knowledge.

We have following scale of productivity

Productivity slab A = Salary 15000/ -,
productivity slab B = Salary 20000/ -,
productivity slab C = Salary 25000/ -,
productivity slab D = Salary 30000/ -
productivity slab E = Salary 30000/ -,

Here Productivity & Salary is proportionate; suppose an employee got appointment with productivity slab B and in a month achieves 80% productivity then he/ she will get 80% salary as per the scale, i.e. Rs: 16000/-, in another month he/she achieve 100% productivity then he/she will get 100% salary as per the scale, i.e, Rs: 20000/-

In the above scenario salary figure is changing in every month in respect of achievement. So the deduction in PF. ESI will also vary in every month and it will be justified as per the complience rules ?

Also advice in respect of standard salary breakup (Basic, DA, HRA, Conveyance and other)

Hi, you can chose option like....80% as fixed salary remaining salary 20% as variable salary.Its depence upon performance you can apply tis percent. others 80%..calculation as follows. Basic...40% HRA 20% DA 20% Convey ence and others 20%. I hope the above information is clear to u.
