If Assesse (non Govt. Employee) is taking VRS then Gratuity, Leave Encashment, PF will be fully taxable or exempt upto the prescribed limit?
In case of resignation all lumpsum payments will be fully taxable?

Yes if VRS Is Recd Then it is exempt upto 5lakhs..and yes you can take benefit of pf, Leave encashment, gratuity etc...upto thier limit specify in the act...
