sir I want to ask a quarry... whether GST is applicable on RCM basis on salary paid to executive director of the company....

No, RCM is applicable only if salary is paid to Non Executive director.
Salary paid to executive director hence he will be considered as an employee of the company so no gst applicable. RCM is applicable only in case of non executive director.
