I am a CA & was working with a CA firm & my name is registered in ICAI as in employment with that CA firm.

I left that CA firm after duly serving a notice period of 16 Days.

I dont have any agreement with that CA Firm.

Now that CA Firm is not giving me my salary for the month of dec-11.

What should i do?

Also suggest me How ICAI can help me for that?

First give a notice to the firm, If the firm is not given a reply then make a compliant to CA Institute
