As I am a salaried person but I am also investing in stock market (not intraday Delivery Only) in this reagrd I need your advise, whether I have to file addition ITR for trading or or not requried because we are paying all charges (i.e. Service Tax/Brokerage/SEBI Charges etc.) for delivery

You have to file your returns using ITR form 2, which will include ur salary and Capital gains
File ITR 2.
