Can someone tell me which documents are to be attached with ITR for salaried person income. What if Form 16 is not issued by the Company?

And if person is RNOR and has salary income in Singapore, is he liable to pay tax on that income? What are the provisions under treaty?

I think no documents are required to be attached with the ITR form. If the AO needs any documents he may call for them.
