Salary for fy.2020.21

Respected sir...our client is an employee in a company. his salary 50 k per month... in the FY 2020.21 his salary for 6 months amount received in the same financial year and remain six months salary received in the month of May 2021,. this Financial year. but company not given 16 form... but amount credited in his bank ac...how to resolve it sir please

His salary income for F.Y 20-21 ,has exceeded the basic exemption limit Rs 2,50,000/- so he has to file his return for F.Y 20-21 as per section 139 of the Income tax act , from 16 is must to file return for F.Y 20-21
Arrears Salary received in this year F.Y 21-22 will taxed in the current year .
