I was in Norway onsite from 27 Feb 2018 to 28 July 2018 from infosys. After that I Moved to india and then I left the Infosys on Dec 2018.
Now, Do I need to pay a tax in india on income earned in Norway as  taxes already been paid in Norway ?
I can not see onsite norway income in Form16 which infosys has provided.
I am in in india since july 2018.
What If I do not pay the taxes on onsite income because this income is not shown in form 16 and please suggest

you need to pay tax on income earned in norway as you are resident in India during the FY 2018-19. Further you need to pay only on income earned from 01.04.2018 to 28.07.2018. You can claim Tax which was deducted in Norway under section 90 or 91 whichever is applicable. Kindly take help of an expert and file your return.

Thanks Abhay,As this income is not shown on form16 and 26 AS What if I have not show the foreign income and filled the ITR .How IT dept will track my onsite income as this is not on 26 AS.Can I take chance to fill the ITR by form 16 and 26AS.What are the chance getting notice from IT dept. Please suggest as per my view.Is the Risk minimal or Maximum?
